In case of any Warranty Failure or Manufacturing defect, please call us on +91 8805788887 or email us at INFO@JNBFITNESS.COM within 7 days of receipt of your product. We shall arrange the reverse pickup for your product and arrange a replacement product for you. All replacement requests are subject to stock availability and any refunds if applicable are to the discretion of the Management.

Refunds
In order to get full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end. Original shipping cost will deducted from the refund amount. Refund payments are done via Bank Transfer within 10 working days.
